Every skate park is completely unique. Below is a range of popular items which can be used to populate your park and to get an idea of the type of ramps you would like to use. As part of our free design and quotation service, we will tailor make your skate park to suit the available budget and space available, maximising the play value and ensuring the park is fun to ride.
Half Pipe
Available in a range of sizes on options. Increase the height and width to suit your requirements. Sides can be boxed in or left open for storage and seating. Choose from our range of surface finishes.
Quarter Pipe

Flat Bank

Specification...
1) Skatelite pro surface
Flush fitting 6mm composite skating surface used by the Pro's. Available in a number of colour finishes. A rubber noise dampening layer sits between this and a galvanized steel sheet on top of the framework.
2) Galvanized superior steel structure
The steel structure is galvanized to ensure that it is vandal proof, long lasting and can withstand high impact from BMX bikes, Scooters, Inline Skates and Skateboards. In 20 years time you can expect the structure to still be in good condition.

Aluminium rivets and high performance steel fixing used throughout
6) Tamper resistant external hardware
Security fixings and safety cover caps to prevent tampering.
7) Galvanized steel sides
Preventing vandalism, Dirt & weather damage and drastically improving ramp life and most of all keeps our product looking tidy for longer. Available as galv finish or powder coated
8) Heavy duty steel toe plates
Our steel transition plates allow for an automatic fit to any surface and give a premium smooth feel when riding from the ground-to-ramp. This also helps to reduce noise.
9) Modular ramp design
Our ramps are so low maintenance and easy to work with being made from a modular design, this means later adjustments and improvements can be made in the future.

The surface of any Skatepark is crucial to the user and the operator. The proprietary system used by Axo ramps is a triple layer, bonded & fastened Skatelite Pro riding surface. Extensively used at Skateparks throughout the world, and endorsed by many of the worlds professionals, it remains the market leader in synthetic surfaces amongst a variety of inferior substitutes.
Offering superior noise & impact absorption qualities, 99% of Axo Skateparks across the UK use Skatelite Pro as the riding surface. Whichever riding surface option you choose, the framework principle remains the same.
Ramp Warranty...
We have actually seen the time other ramps and our own products can last which is what allows us to give a confident list of guarantees unlike any other.
1) Our galvanised steel structure is guaranteed for twenty years against major corrosion, metal
fatigue and weld integrity. (This does not cover acts of vandalism).
2) Axo Leisure Ltd. guarantees:

Skatelite Pro riding surfaces for five years against severe delamination and one year against wear and tear

Eastern European Ply riding surfaces for two years against delamination and one year against wear and tear

Steel riding surfaces for five years against major corrosion

All other materials and components not stated above that comprise a completed installation for 12 months from date of completed installation.
