Repair & maintenance
Equipment Repair
Whether your damaged equipment is one of our products or not, we can assess the extent of the repair and provide a quotation to repair or replace the item, taking into account various factors such as the safety and integrity of the item due to the damage and the compliance with the safety standards.
In house services we can offer are shot blasting, powder coating, wet painting, welding, re-roping, replacement fixings.
Safety surfacing repair
Safety surfacing can often be damaged with fire and vandalism, as well as shrinkage or fading due to age. We can overlay wetpour surfacing, repair shrunken edges, top up bark surfacing and patch up artificial grass. Not to mention landscaping and supply & install of new surfacing options.
Manufacture
With access to dedicated CAD software and state of the art manufacturing equipment, there are few boundaries to what we can create, from bespoke equipment and furniture, to repairs and modifications. All of our manufacturing is done in the UK, with the use of British produced materials. This also means our lead time of production of product is greatly improved when compared to some of our competitors who ship equipment in from overseas.

Equipment Installation
Axo leisure have a dedicated team of installers with years of experience installing our own equipment as well as other companies products. Our installation team are aware of safety standards and will ensure any project is delivered safely and in perfect condition. We are happy to install equipment already purchased from elsewhere and undertake other services such as equipment removal.
Groundworks
We have a great deal of experience in providing groundworks services from drainage and landscaping to safety surfacing and sports pitch installation. We can turn even the most challenging site into a play space using our experience and landscaping methods.
Design & consultation
Design services
Axo leisure use state of the art computer technology to deliver a high quality design service to our client from the outset. We can produce planning drawings as well as manufacturing drawings for bespoke products.
As a standard service, we will visit your site and consult with you on your requirements, then produce a quotation and design visualization along with accurate plans if required.
Consultation service
Axo lesiure are happy to attend consultation meetings and present our designs to committees and community groups. We encourage the use of consultations to air the views of all parties and ensure that the design we are offering benefits everybody and maximises the play budget and user group.
